The Quantum is a 3-driver satellite made from solid die cast aluminum, a minimal resonant material for the most accurate sound reproduction and includes a cleverly designed pedestal foot that functions as either a tabletop stand or a wall bracket mount. The powered subwoofer in the system, the SubSonic , is the world s smallest REAL powered subwoofer. It sounded close to perfect, says Home Theater Magazine, July 2002. It s driven by a high powered 350 watt amplifier and features dual 6 in. woofers arranged in a bi-polar configuration, allowing for the performance of a massive 12 in. woofer in a tiny 8 in. cube cabinet!
